Materials - Bobby pins, hair rollers ( as diverse in colours and as huge as possible) and a towel

1. Spread the towel out and lay the hair rollers on it with even spaces in between
2. Secure the hair rollers onto the towel with bobby pins.

I've heard someone say that it takes 4 hours to travel from the North of Singapore to the South of Singapore. Guess I didn't bother to do that. However, being the ever nice person that I am, (my family and) I brought my relatives to some of the attractions in Singapore and covered some places that I did not go to before.

Day 1, Christmas Eve.

First stop: The Singapore Flyer!(the first time i've been there in my 17 years)

The dinner cabin is coming down. $249* for 2 people zomg

Bought this at the hawker centre opposite Bugis street and ate it outside OG. A worker at the eating area outside OG offered to clean that up even though the food wasn't from there... =X Felt bad about that afterwards =X

JYJ The Beginning Showcase tour

I know this is ages ago (17 October) but I just got the pictures recently (and I'm lazy to blog).

The showcase was held at Expo hall 3 at 8pm. So after 1 hour of queuing, chatting with Ryana and her friends at the start of the queue (it pays to have friends that arrive early to queue heheheh), finding my seat in the middle of the hall and testing out Paulina's camera, the showcase kicked off at 9pm!

Fast forward over the MC and his cold jokes, the boys came out! =D (and yes, they're hot)

This was taken to test out the camera's zoom and clarity. JYJ!

And a wave of their pics! =D I couldn't get anything good since I was so far away despite the $170 category A seat, but something's better than nothing!

They performed Ayy girl, empty, be my girl, chajatta and be the one. I think they performed another? An encore or what? I'm not sure =(

oh, for the fans, the MC asked, "What are your ideal girl types?"

Junsu, "As long as the feel is right. I like girls that are feminine, but I think that its cool if they wear pants sometimes too."

Jae Joong, "As long as she loves me." (gosh what is this? He was so sad while saying it some more.) After some pressure from the determined MC, he added, "She does not need to learn the piano but she needs to have nice hands" (As expected of JJ LOL)

Yoo Chun (erm I forgot what he said. oops. I will add it here when I remember!)

Its a new semester and I've made a bad impression on 20% of the class, "him" inclusive.
Before you think that the he mentioned is someone that I'm having a crush on, STOP!!!
The thought would damn me into mad-bad-luckness-omgwtf-how-could-you-think-that-my-goosebumps-are-dropping-off-hell. He's the number one on my "EEW" list. I've never shown my dislike for someone openly until he came along.

Without further ado, let's get the bitching started.

I shall skip the "mari kita" incident since its too embarrassing for anyone that lives on earth. But then again, I'm bad, and I have this revengeful streak. I shall tell anyone that asks. Heh.

Went to Giselle Ma's aunt house to bake cookies today!
chocolate chips set in cookies with vanilla essence <3 i made a biscuit which looked like a J (for jaejoong) before it went into the oven. when it came out it looked like an inverted L though =( cos it was too fat lol

and gima said that i had an accent. that i don't sound Singaporean in a good way (is there a bad way?) haha
then her relatives (cousins Ian & Keith, who was on his Lenovo all day and aunt karen - they're real friendly in those western kinda way; they say hi regardless of who you are) agreed, and Ian said that i do have a slight accent, but he couldn't place it.

hmm i remember that my aunt said that its good if someone says that to you. because, if someone asked, "did you study abroad?" or, "where did you grow up?", it means that your mastery of the language is there =D
but im not sure if they meant it that way hahas

well anyway, i made a (super) shocking discovery!!
anyone knows of the celestial zone series? its a Singaporean comic. and the author/ illustrator is Giselle's aunt's husband's brother = Ian's uncle (simpler to understand and not too far of a relation)
Gima's cousins had the celestial II series, the celestial point 21 series (i put point as i always thought it was celestial 21 - never noticed the dot) and the celestial X series (its the latest collection =))

haha, and gima's aunt bought this...mexican dip from pie kia. its great with plain crackers - imagine cheese with tomato spaghetti sauce with mild tasting kidney beans - you get the idea

and im fixing my own dinner =) ah, don't worry, i didn't cook anything, so i won't get a stomach ache. plus there's no school, so i don't need to visit the doctor for an mc =) going to marry someone that would cook for me. heheh. or someone that is rich enough to employ a maid? nah i would most likely be able to hire a maid ahahahahah!

When Jane (Junko)told me that she cosplayed in sec 4, i was seriously shocked (and thought that it was weird). i thought that cosplay was only in Japan and you must be terribly brave to be able to walk out of your house in your costume and make up (and sometimes with a weapon), chiong out of the lift, quickly hail a taxi, tolerate the weird look of the driver (and risk getting chased out) and then appear at the lobby of the venue at wherever the competition or event is held at. and Jane's mom even told her to experience more of the outside world with cosplay. after hearing jane talk aboout cosplay frequently, my mindset that cosplay is kinda weird slowy changed. it actually sounds pretty exciting! And...i've decided to cosplay this year!!! before i turn old and ppl call me old hag in costume or cosfuck - which means failure cosplayer.

So, what am i cosplaying as? =D its Nak bin from the bride of the water god! she's the evil one actually =( but whatever! i wanted to cosplay as her cos the artist drew her very nicely and very few people actually cosplayed as her. but i'm kinda worried now that there are actually photographers at the event. and i most likely have to pose as some evil bitch next to jane who is cosplaying as the female lead,Soah, and also the love rival of Nakbin.

i think that HYB is kinda shocked that i decided to cosplay. but she said that she will come down and take pictures and support me hehe =)

but i have to go on a diet! to shed off the huge amount of fats on my body and have super nice legs. and i've gotta do it within 3 months. ROOT FOR ME, PEOPLE! =D

0900, Semagat train station, Malaysia: I was looking at the train that broke down and ordering my Milo. Just minutes earlier in the cabin, my mom was bargaining the price of the private taxi with their boss. He wanted to charge S$200 O.o and my mom bargained till S$140 lol. Pretty formidable. slacking and waiting for the car to arrive 1 hour plus later.

1150: car just arrived -.-

1504: HOME <3 <<3 like finally! and went to weigh myself lols. was traumatised 4days ago when my relatives all tell me i got fatter. @#$%$! went on diet immediately. diet = from 3 meals cut to 1.5 meal per day. and dropped 1kg off my original weight =D

eh so what i did over there... shopping lors? went kayaking (for the first time in my short 17 years) and growing a lot of pimples cos i went into the sea laden with pee of unknown ppl ( i didn't pee in the sea. serious.)

its all the same stuff over there and in spore. wanted to buy famous amos cookies but the shops are mostly in KL and in the airports (which i didn't go to when returning) =((( bought a dress there which im gonna wear to school on the first day =D

then you meet your teachers which seem very nice and friendly?

then you explore the numerous canteens and complain about the food being too good as the scale on the weighing machine keeps going up, up, UP.

school seemed pretty enjoyable yeah? until e-learning week omfg

projects from 4 out of 6 modules, presentation on the next week, preparing for common tests on the next Saturday, and the Wednesday and Thursday on the week after next =(

and i gave up on ITB when i got a C grade ( that's a GPA of 2.0 out of a possible 4.0, dude/dudette) until haikal reminded me that failing a module means that i've got to retake it next year. and there's the feeling that i didn't do well for OBSE presentation.

the show was mad fab! i was so tempted to tell zahin the spoilers. every 5 seconds, i turned to him and asked, " can I tell you the spoiler???"

anyways, currently i'm camping at boon lay =)
cos me mom and bro went up up and flew away to kelantan.
so left me. alone. in my house.

i was seriously considering to leave at 11 if she wasn't going to appear till then.

but then she gave me freebies. so she's forgiven =)

ah, rushed back home. cos i left my paper ( its like the o'lvl entry proof) at home, and i was planning to practise for as long as i could.

there's is this person that helps to register the students. she told me the examiner was a male and i could say 'gd afternoon sir' when i enter.

(weird~ like, sir?? i dun even do that for the o'lvl oral)

then she said that she would introduce me then i greet him. LOL

( i was like, am i here for a blind date or what? LOLOL!!)

the place was about 25°C.

not very cold, but with my nervousness, it started to get colder and (something's wrong with the font and i can't be bothered to fix it) mad COLDER till i was trembling ( or i was trembling to start with).

its just like siew ping ( 1-4E6'09 if i'm not wrong) said. its as if they're out to freeze your fingers and make you do badly!

but the examiner was like those grandratherly figures that only appear in english novels.

how it happened:
was going home. there was this woman in an orange top and blue jeans.
she came up and started to talk at top speed.
at first, abby and i were thrown into a state of confusion cause we had no idea what she was talking about.
then, she flashed this white card of hers and said that she was with some organisation for low-income families.
she wanted to sell us a 2 dollar bookmark.
she claims that the she's from a low-income family and she is in university.
i shook my head, thinking that if she can afford decent clothes, bag, shoes, eyeliner and whatever else she piled on her face, she should be able to afford her degree ( she can even work part-time lar please), she don't need to sell the bookmark things.
she said it was the last card, and a dollar each from us could help to get her degree.

totally freaked myself out after i read the article bout a guy going to sentosa and having the H1N1.
was contemplating about a will.
BUT, no worries! it had been 48 hours and no symptoms about the H1N1 had made any appearance =D

but i got a few things frm sentosa:

a weird looking blueblack. got lotsa spots on it... shud be my pores LOL
bike fell twice, i fell once. then ppl were more concerned bout me, seeing tt i got potential to hurt myself, AWW =D dun worry, used to hurting myself liaos, haha
Zahin more geng, his bike fell twice. he fell O times. He hopped off the bike before it crashed. i was behind him. totally blur diao
Zac and chee took lotsa pics. i was eating once. tried to eat more elegantly, lolz. hope the pics come out nice!
after effects: my butt( went cycling) and shoulders hurt! ( i was leaning on Zahin, but his shoulders not high enough, so my head was like perpendicular to my shoulder, now still kinda sore)
managed to spend 40 bucks in a day (fbt, sunblock and food)
no suntan at all, blehs
everyone was dragged into the water =D. some ppl tried to live through the night with wet undergarments. lolzzz. i wouldn't be afraid to use those disposable underwear though, even though i wasn't the one tt bought it...Y shy???

anyhows, its been ages since i wrote...
ok, i'll crap about the renioun dinner ( malaysian version, i eat two renioun dinners)...

it wasn't much of renioun, i was eating dinner in front of the tv, trying to catch fei lun hai on the programme:)
it wasn't as grand as what i thought it would be...
last yr, there was abalone, with lots and lots of relatives.there were like, 2 huge tables, seating around 20+ ppl.

this yr, however, no abalone, no festive 'feel', and most importantly, no ang bao(yet) frm the elders...
and i had to wait for the com since an uncle was trying to install grand theft auto(IV) for my 6yr old, irritating, brat of a cousin.
omg, who plays that lame game nowadays anyway??
and i can't do anything with the com, and keep getting the evil eye frm the uncle...come on la, dun c tt uncle being so damn slow when it concerns money lors, ugh, i keep getting angrier whenever i think of it...

not gonna write anymore, spoils my mood, blehs, but to cheer myself up...
im going to spend more money in malaysia!!!

we were having 'noodles' 4 dinner.

just mix flour and water!
but its really icky T.T
if u add 2 much water, the dough will become real sticky, and it stuck to my palm...
like a spider web!
then i added way alot of flour, and it turned powderey, lols
so the dough increased, and icreased, and increased...
finally it balanced:)

went to west coast to celebrate Carina's birthday^^

played with a 'mini flying fox'...
so fun~ but the sand was scorching hot, then nen lian, carina and i were shouting, ' ow!'

and jessica and yan yan were the more intelligent ones that remembered to wear their shoes on2 the sand...T.T got a lil bit of sunburn, but my skin very tough, won't peel:)

went to eat mac...

the wasabi burger looked so disgusting...
so i ordered grilled chicken foldover...nice!
the tender meat was melting in my mouth~ok, that was exaggeration, but, oh well, nvm

then, somehow, we got on2 the topic of maggots in the curry packet of mac, omg!
carina received an e-mail about that...
i guess that was the reason y mac decided to use those chilli containers instead of those packets, but i don't understand y there would be maggots in the curry packet...
i mean, how where they...'born' there?
i'm sure they are not created from the curry?
more like some1 sabo mac, if u ask me:(

actually, our main purpose to going to west coast is to ride a bike, or more like nen lian's main purpose, haha
but, there was no more bike rental T.T

1. I wore the 'sort of jacket thingy' out. it was black and sort of like a mini female suit.

anyway, after i passed the chinese papers to youli, i asked 4 his opinion. he said it was ok.

You see, i always have doubts in my mother's fashion sense...
sometimes she buys really nice clothes 4 me like this jacket and some feminine clothes which i would not buy on my own, but, sometimes there are disasters...

e.g. a blue shirt with ultraman on it( yes, during my secondary school life, when i was 14!!)

and a plain red t-shirt with a yellow collar and hem which she thought was equally good, and which i ought to wear 4 new year!

totally hated that!

i mean, who at this age would want to wear deprived childhood items like ultaman ( note: ULTRAMAN!!!) and something like a typically macdonald-styled t-shirt???

2. i bought colored contacts:) (big smile) i dunno what other things would bring out my mood but anyway, big smiles~

in the morning i tried to make my blog nice nice, but gave up after making some lil changes... and failed in enlarging the pic on top...
then, totally nothing happened till at night!
went to 日本村 to eat jap food:)
went there 1st time...it has a funny menu-.-'''
they had lotsa counters...dunno how to explain.
anyway, i was damn hungry i ordered lots of stuff!
there's udon, 2 types of fish, 1 agadashi tofu, 2 plates of sushi, fried squid on skewers, and dunno wat else...haha. nice food there,
and i met a waitress there which worked in lot 1 b4... can't rmb her, so pai seh!

at there a saw a guy who was playing dj max portable 1, if he was playing portable 2, i would have went to challenged him! i only got like, 70 wins?
my brother had 147 wins at a time!
and i realised, i can't clear missions anymore!
guess i can only stay as a pro dj... T.T
